Install Viking IP Programming

This article will show you on how to install the Viking Callbox software

Features/Steps

  1. Click on this link to download the software. https://vikingelectronics.com/wp-content/uploads/IPProgramming.zip
  2. Extract the IPProgramming folder
  3. Open the VIPP 1_3_8 folder
  4. Click on Setup Viking IP Programming.exe file
  5. Agree to the terms and proceed to go through the install process
  6. Open the Viking IP Programming application
  7. You will receive the following error message

  1. To install Bonjour services, click on this link. Download Bonjour Print Services for Windows v2.0.2 - Apple Support
  2. Go through install process and enter admin credentials when prompted
  3. Reopen the Viking IP Programming software, you will see this window.

  1. Direct user to Dave for configuration 

 

Additional Information

Bonjour print services needs to be installed in order for Viking IP Programming to work
