This article will show you a step by step guide on how to set up a Microsoft Teams meeting in the ZTI Training Room
Features/Steps
Before following the steps below, ensure you have created a Microsoft Team's meeting and set the location to the "ZTI Training Room."
1. Tap on the display control screen. The image shown below should appear on screen.
2. Tap the display control screen again to continue.
3. After a minute, the display control screen should appear as shown below, click on the "Presentation" button
4. Click on the "Lectern" button
5. On the Lenovo Conference room equipment, click "join" to enter the meeting on the Conference Room Equipment.
You have now successfully set up a meeting in the ZTI Training room. The meeting should appear on screen as shown below.
To shutdown the display:
1. Click on the "Shutdown" button on the display control screen.
2. Click "Yes Shutdown."
