Current Password Requirements

The following guidelines outline the current password requirements for users when creating a new password or updating an existing one.

Password Requirements

  • Password must be at least 15 characters long.
  • Password must include letters (both uppercase and lowercase).
  • Password must include numbers.
  • Password must include special characters
  • Password must not match any of your previous 10 passwords (password history is enforced).

Banned Words Policy

To further enhance password security, the following words are banned from being used in any part of your password. This means that even if a banned word is combined with other characters, it will still be rejected. For example, 'WalbecRocks!3' is not allowed because it contains the banned word 'Walbec'.
