To reset your password, you must know your Walbec email address or username. A username typically consists of the first letter of your first name, the first letter of your last name followed by your employee ID number (eg John Smith 888777 => JS888777). In some cases, your username can also be your full first name.

A guide on how to reset your password through either your mobile device or computer.
Change password through your mobile device
- Ensure that you are in an area with good reception
- Open the Comp Portal app on your device
- Tap on your profile icon at the top of the screen
On the profile pop-up, tap on 'Change password'
You will be redirected to the Change password page to enter a new password
- Your new password must be a minimum of 15 characters long
- Numbers and special characters are no longer required
- Cannot contain any words from the Banned Passwords List
- Cannot be a recently used password
- Once your password has been changed, and barring any special circumstances, you will not be required to change it again
Change password through your computer
- Ensure that you are connected to the Walbec network through an ethernet cable in the office, through the private wifi, or through the VPN if working remotely.
- Locate the Ctrl, Alt, and Delete keys on your keyboard then press them down altogether
Click on the ‘Change a password’ option that appears
Enter your current password, your new password, and then re-enter your new password to confirm
- Your new password must be a minimum of 15 characters long
- Numbers and special characters are no longer required
- Cannot contain any words from the Banned Passwords List
- Cannot be a recently used password
Once your password has been changed, and barring any special circumstances, you will not be required to change it again
