Instructions for accessing and using PrinterLogic

Features/Steps

1. In the systems tray on the left hand side of your screen, near the date and time, click the printer with the green +

   
2. When prompted for login, select "Walbec Group"

3. ****The first time you open PrinterLogic, you will be prompted to install the PrinterLogic browser extension****

   Click Install here

   
    
4. Then click Edge Extension on this screen. Once this install has completed, you can close both screens.

5. Once you are logged in, you should see a list of locations on the left hand side.

   From there, you can select the location you are at.

   On the right side of your screen, you will see a map. Printers are pinned on the map in their current locations. This way if you are unaware of the printer name, but know the location, you can select the printer and install from there.

   If you hover over the printer icon on the map, you can select “install printer” to install that printer.

   

6. Please note that if the map does not include the printers, you will need to follow the instructions below. Also, if you let IT know the location of the printer, we can add it to the map so it is there next time.

   If you scroll down you will also see a list of printers. From here you would need to click on the printer and then select install.

   
   
8. In both scenarios you have the option to set the printer you are installing as your default printer.
9. Screen you will see while printer is installing.
10. Once install is complete you can click ok.
11. You should now be able to print from the freshly installed printer
