Sign Out Hung Terminal Server Session (Apex)

Apex office is used across Walbec by various financial, dispatch, and operations groups for a variety of tasks including billing, inventory, running reports, etc. Our users connect to Apex office using a shortcut that connects them to a terminal server, similar to other applications like Heavyjob/Heavybid.
